How do I start a call?
- Enter one of your Rooms from the My Rooms screen or just by logging in to The Family Room if you’re only a member of one Room.
- Click on the icon for each of the users you’d like to invite to join you in a call.
- Click Start a Call. The users you selected will be prompted to join your video call. Once on the call, all users can also share activities – read books, play games, do homework, and more together.
- Other users in the Room who are online will also see that you’ve started a call and have the opportunity to join.
Can I call more than one person at a time?
Yes, calls are available to all users in your Room!
Any user in your Room who is online or logs in to The Family Room when the call starts will see a notification that a call is ongoing and will be able to join.
Users that you invite to join a call who are offline will receive an email notification to log in to The Family Room and join in the fun.
